SHIPPING
What are the different shipping options?
In general, we offer 3 shipping options for each order:
* Home delivery without signature.
* Home delivery with signature.
* Express delivery with signature.
It is possible that, for economic reasons or due to the unavailability of the service in the delivery country or zone, we may only offer one type of delivery.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping prices and times depend on the chosen shipping method and delivery zone, but we strive to deliver within the agreed timeframes. In unforeseen circumstances, such as high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas), severe weather, or health emergencies, delivery times may be longer; we cannot guarantee prompt delivery and will keep you informed of the status of your delivery at all times.
- Standard Shipping:
- 3 - 5 days for the UK
- 7 to 14 days for France, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland
- 15 to 20 days for the rest of the world.
- Express Shipping:
- 3 to 5 days for France, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
- 7 to 14 days for the rest of the world.
How long does it take to ship my product?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Tracking numbers are updated and sent via email as soon as the order is shipped. If you have not received your tracking number, please email us at contact@diavibra.com. You will receive an email with your tracking number, and you can check the status of your order from our "TRACK MY ORDER" page or through your usual order tracking sites or apps.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty within 4 hours of placing it. The order must be canceled before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, you must return it within 90 days of receiving your order to obtain a refund.
Note: Refunds will only be issued if the item has not been used, is not defective, or damaged. Do not remove the product packaging.
I provided an incorrect address; what should I do?
No problem, please contact us within 4 hours of your order at contact@diavibra.com or directly via the chat on our website.
No refund will be made for an incorrect address if received within 4 hours unless you return the package as received.
What will I receive in my order?
You will receive your complete order in one or more packages, depending on the availability of the products in our various warehouses. For logistical reasons, our packages may not match those shown on our website.
RETURNS
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Not Received Refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially sent.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before the refund is sent.
If, after following all these steps, you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@diavibra.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at contact@diavibra.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift preferred to receive the item themselves and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time to receive the replaced product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over 50$ CAD, we recommend using a delivery service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
